BA in French and German and MS in Counseling from University of Kansas. Served as Chairman of Kansas City Consortium of Service Providers to the Blind and Visually Impaired. Past President of the Missouri Chapter of Association for the Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind (AER). Past board member of Metropolitan Council on Childcare.
