FAQsThis is my first Trolley Run. What should I expect?
The nation's largest timed four-mile run is known for its fast, flat to downhill course, party-like atmosphere, a great After-Bash and the Kids' Run! We had more than 9,700 runners and walkers participate in 2009.
Where do I get an entry form?
Forms will be available at various locations around town in mid-February. We'll post a complete list. If you would like a form mailed to you, please call 816-841-2284 ext.2016 or e-mail janderson@ccvi.org. Be sure to include your name and mailing address.
What about registering online?
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED - as of April 21, 2010
What is the entry fee?
$30 until April 12; $35 after April 12 and $40 on race day.
I missed the mail in deadline – how can I enter?
Registration is closed.
What if I entered in the wrong wave?
We need your name, date of birth and the color of the wave you want to be in. You can fax or e-mail this information to us. Or come to Packet Pick-Up and request a change.
Do you give refunds? What if it rains on race day?
No refunds are given. Race officials reserve the right to cancel the race due to inclement weather.
Where do I get my bib and race t-shirt?
Packet pick-up will be explained on the entry form and registration web page. You can also pick up your packets race morning but be warned, you may have to stand in line awhile.
Where can I find race results?
We'll post results following the run. To view past race results, visit the race results page on the CCVI website.

I don't run. Do you need volunteers?
Yes -- it takes hundreds of volunteers to make the Trolley Run run smoothly. Visit the Trolley Run Volunteer page to get involved for more details.

All registered runners and walkers will receive a Runner's Handbook at Packet Pick-Up. It includes information about parking, transportation, baggage and much more.
