First wave starts at 7:45 a.m.
Race begins at 75th and Wornall Road [MAP]
At Ward Parkway Center (exact location TBD).
April 22 from 4 to 8 p.m.
April 23 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
April 24 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Trolley Run course winds through the Waldo and Brookside neighborhoods
and ends on the Country Club Plaza.

Participation in the Trolley Run requires registration.
Register before April 12, 2010 to save money. Online registration closes at 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 21.

Walkers, get in your wave!

No changes in wave assignments on race day.
RED - "Top Bananas" (Requires Verification)
All runners 30 minutes or faster. Proven winners from previous Trolley Runs. Others must include proof with entry.
Red Wave entrants will be verified.
BLUE - “Next Generation”
All runners consistently 30.1 - 36 minutes.
Proven competitors from previous or other certified runs.
GREEN - “Up and Comers”
All runners 36.1 - 45 minutes. Trying for personal best.
YELLOW - “Count On Me”
Slower runners, partially jogs, may walk a little.
BLACK - “Speedsters”
Wheelchair participants (no fee)
ORANGE - “Energetic”
Fitness walkers. Walk regularly at a good pace.
WHITE - “Sightseers”
Friends and family leisure walkers. Strollers allowed in this wave.
