No Boundaries Training Program
If training for a race feels intimidating, overwhelming, or even impossible, you’re not alone.
That’s exactly why No Boundaries exists. In collaboration with Fleet Feet, our mission is to remove the barriers that hold people back, so there are truly no boundaries between you and your goal. Whether you’re just getting started or you’re ready to run your strongest 5K yet, you’ll have a coach, mentors, and a community cheering you on every step of the way.
Program at a Glance:

Duration: 8 weeks
Goal Race: Trolley Run (April 26th)
Weekly Group Workouts: Tuesdays @ 6:30PM & Saturdays at 9AM
Price: $150 Full Price (excluding race fee)

ALL fitness levels are welcome!
We meet as one large group and break into smaller groups during each workout, so you’ll always have the right training plan and support for where you are right now.

Choose the plan that fits your goal
Beginner 5K (Walk/Run Intervals)
Perfect for first-time runners, run/walkers, and anyone getting back into movement. This plan uses run/walk intervals to build consistency and confidence in a low-pressure, supportive setting.
No Boundaries 5K (Run Program)
Designed for runners who have completed a 5K before or are ready to run the full distance with more structure. This plan focuses on building strength, confidence, and a better race-day experience.
