The CCVI Trolley Run is a 4-mile flat to downhill race that welcomes all runners & walkers and tours Waldo, Brookside, and the Country Club Plaza. Go the extra mile for Children's Center for the Visually Impaired and join us on April 27th, 2025, for our 37th anniversary!
About CCVI
Trolley Run is the largest fundraiser for Children's Center for the Visually Impaired. All proceeds support educational and therapeutic services for kids who are blind or visually impaired! When you sign up, you make a direct impact right here in your community!
The 37th Annual CCVI Trolley Run will return to the streets of Waldo, Brookside, and the Plaza on Sunday, April 27, 2025!
The CCVI Trolley Run is the largest annual fundraiser for Children's Center for the Visually Impaired. As one of Kansas City's oldest and largest road races, as well as a USATF-certified 4-mile race, we welcome 'runners' of all abilities. It doesn't matter if you're fast or finish last, when you join you're already on a winning team!
Open to kids 10 and under, the Kids' Trolley Run is fun for the whole family! The Kids' Run takes place at Ward Parkway near the finish line. Caregivers choose the distance for your child - self-seed in the appropriate corral upon arrival at Ward Parkway!
